Liz Marks – Principal
Liz Marks has over 25 years of non-profit development, corporate sales and marketing and community organizing experience. Liz has worked with clients in Napa and Solano Counties in the last two years assisting them to grow their development efforts, creating messaging and new major gift strategies. Previously, Liz was the major gifts officer at Cope Family Center in Napa, California for 6 years. There she grew the annual giving from major donors over 200%. She developed an accountable system for stewardship of investors used by Cope board members. Liz led One Family Network in Napa County, organizing the communities of St. Helena and American Canyon to open a new family resource center to serve low-income families in each city. Prior to moving to Napa, Liz enjoyed a successful career in Silicon Valley. She honed her client cultivation and sales skills while employed as a Major Account Sales Executive for three high-tech companies, most recently, Oracle. During that time, she received several top national sales awards. Liz utilizes her corporate experience to create results-oriented solutions for clients.
Monica Mohn – Principal
Monica Mohn has 20 years marketing, donor development and sponsorship experience. From 1992 – 2000, Monica served as President of Proforte Marketing Group, a San Francisco based niche marketing and promotions agency specializing in consumer campaigns, sponsorships and retail promotions. Monica worked one-on-one with clients to develop vertically integrated marketing campaigns designed to stimulate consumers, create traffic, generate PR and build brand awareness. Prior to her position at Proforte, Monica served in Washington D.C. and later in San Francisco in the Mayor’s office, in a fundraising and special events capacity.
Monica left Proforte to become a full-time mom, dedicating her time to her family and her children’s church and school. Since relocating to Napa in fall of 2005, she has served as a consultant on local public benefit campaigns and charities utilizing her skills and relationships to improve sustainability, broaden community outreach and expand donor participation.
Sally Archambault – Web Design
Sally Archambault has over 25 years working in the computer and web design fields. Sally worked throughout the San Francisco Bay Area for major financial institutions and high tech firms designing and developing mid and large scale system solutions. After moving to Napa 20 years ago, she has focused on website design and development, obtaining Web Graphic Design certification in the latest techniques.
Sally designs, develops and maintains custom built websites and Content Management-based websites for non-profit and small businesses in the Napa Valley. Sally is an effective problem solver and has strong analytic, verbal, and written communication skills. Sally is a competent, persistent, passionate and personable individual who enjoys handling diverse job responsibilities, and has a strong work ethic.
Sean Dempsey specializes in large-scale event planning, destination management services and wedding planning. “My clients range from savvy corporate meeting planners, newly-engaged brides anticipating their dream wedding, to a client that wants to throw a big party for great causes. I enjoy the diversity and the challenges that my work provides me, this is my passion.”
During his many years in the Napa Valley, Sean has managed and directed within some of wine country’s most renowned resorts including the Silverado Resort, Meadowood Napa Valley, The Meritage Resort and Spa and The Vintage Estate-Villagio Inn & Spa and Vintage Inn. Having served as a Director of Catering & Conference Services, Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Hotel Operations, few possess the breadth of event and conference planning experience that Sean delivers.
